Rental fees & Bond
• Who we’re seeking: 2 NDIS participants with SDA funding in their plans. Applicants currently applying for SDA or willing to apply for SDA funding will also be considered.
• Weekly rent (RRC): $250 per room per week, payable directly by the tenant to Hayeswinckle Real Estate. This amount represents the tenant’s Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) under NDIS guidelines.
• Head-lease option: $500 per week total if a provider/company wishes to utilise both participant bedrooms for their clients (subject to agreement and standard checks).
• Bond: $500 per tenant/room, payable before move-in and lodged in accordance with Victorian legislation; refundable per the Residential Tenancies Act.
• SDA payment: The SDA funding component (dwelling payment) is separate and will be covered under a separate agreement with the SDA provider. Tenants only pay the RRC noted above.
• Term & inclusions: Lease terms and any utilities/inclusions will be set out in the Residential Rental Agreement.
