McKenzie Beach is one of the most charming undiscovered open surfing beaches on the South Coast. Most of the year it is a quiet little appealing beach, after which the property Wainbah is named. The house has a commanding vista; starting from Pretty Point to the East, past Jimmies island and south to the coastline, and thence to McKenzie surf beach.

Nestled snuggly into Pretty Point headland on approximately four acres (l.63ha) of natural remnant coastal bush, it is hidden from the road by a picturesque private drive.

This six bedroom rambling beach residence presents as two wings.
