The functional kitchen has plenty of bench space and overlooks the living and dining area. The laundry is cleverly tucked away behind double doors in the hallway to the main bathroom which includes a bath. The ensuite in the spacious main bedroom is very well appointed with a large shower with a half screen of glass.

As an added bonus, directly underneath, is a double car space exclusive to this apartment.
