The stylish bathroom has laundry facilities behind bi-fold doors and a shower over the spa bath. The resort features 4 swimming pools (2 heated) mod grass tennis court, BBQ area and sauna. There is a great, friendly onsite bar/restaurant 'Trios' which is open for dinner Wednesdays to Sundays - bar from 4pm and dinner from 5.30pm - lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm. Also on site is the divine Noosa Day Spa for some added pampering and relaxation.

Next door is the famous Sunday farmers' market which is very popular with locals while Aldi supermarket, Little Cove Cafe, a bakery, restaurants and Noosa's best fish and chips are all less than 5 minutes walk. There is a bus stop out the front but it is a level 10-15 min walk to the riverfront and Gympie Terrace with its fabulous selection of restaurants and shops, and a 15 min walk to Noosa Junction in the other direction. Hastings St and Main Beach are a good 25 min walk or 5 mins by car.
