What does this house and an Atari 2600, cassette tapes and Michael Jackson (before he was white), have in common? They are all classic 80's icons. They don't build them like this anymore. With its cathedral ceilings and dark chocolate brick, this home is one of those cool houses that your friend from school always had and you wished you lived there. Especially with its in-ground pool for lazing around wearing your Le Specs and cooking yourself in the sun with Coconut Oil whist listening to Australian Crawl's "Boys Light Up" trying to look cool. While your friends were bomb diving the people riding the Pool Ponies. Ahhhh... good times, good times.

Close to schools, Brassall Shopping Centre, Gyms (for that one time you need to go), bike paths and parks for the kids. Not very 80's which is a good thing, trust me. Fake brown timber and yellow knobs on the cupboards are so out right now. Massive living area as you can see from the photos. So much headroom you could invite all your tall friends with no fear of them hitting their heads.

I have to say from the get go, that the bathroom does need a makeover. But it is fully functional and has been for many years. Same with the second bathroom. It was designed to be used in conjunction with the pool for getting changed in and having a shower afterwards. It really just need to be re-tiled. An easy job for a handy man or woman.

On the roof is a state-of-the-art solar system with hand gesture control panel. So cool. Like something out of Tron.
