Clearly they got it right because for the past 25 years they have loved living here but it's now time to downsize and allow another family to enjoy this spacious home.

... The masses of living area we have. There's actually four different living zones in the home so there's plenty of room to move and provide everyone with some privacy if they want it
... Morning coffees on the balcony looking out to the ocean
... Entertaining family and friends. It's a great home to host a party
... Having ample driveway parking for the kids cars over the years. There's definitely enough room for a caravan or boat to be parked in the driveway if you need
... The high ceilings and voids that feature through the home has always given a great sense of space
... The adaptability of the house has been fantastic. The upstairs living area has been used for everything from a parents lounge to a guest bedroom when we have had overseas visitors
