It's true, my nana turned 90 and it was time to put her in a home. Turns out they're expensive, so the family have to sell her home!Nan has been living there almost 20 years and she loved it. We've given it a makeover since she's left, it's been freshly painted with new carpet and the backyards all been cleared out so you can add your own touch. There are 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and enough room in the lounge area for her million grandkids. We took care of her with a potbelly in the lounge room and 2 R/C aircon units. She loved sitting out the back in the alfresco area, and us kids loved raiding the huge mulberry tree. The backyard is fully enclosed with a shed, nan didn't have a boat but you could? You'll get a runabout down the side.Location's fantastic, we loved running down to the beautiful beach & playing at the skate park. You'll love being minutes walk into town, marina, sporting facilities and even medical facilities. My nan wants her home to go to lovely people, could that be you?
