Bellbrook is a historic village so any new home or shed you build has to have some sort of 'character' to it - you can't build a sleek, modern glass castle. As long as you have some bullnose iron and run your Colorbond (on exterior walls) horizontal not vertical you should be fine - it's not a difficult issue really. There are many 'new' home built or modified in the recent years. 'Obviously we don't have the timber (nor the money) these days to build a home completely out of Red Mahogany like many in the village are!'
