WHAT THE OWNERS LOVE ABOUT THEIR HOME AND LOCATION

When we first saw this apartment, we instantly fell in love with the location, security and privacy being at the back of the block away from the street, bins and garage entrance. We loved the shelter from the surrounding trees during storms and the coolness this provided in summer.

The spacious balcony offers perfect privacy and is a great size to entertain, enjoy a quiet cuppa or a meal with the family as it is a joy, both on rainy and sunny days, filled with the sounds of the native birds which visit the plants in the garden.

The lock up garage is large enough for both a car and a fair amount of storage space. Of additional benefit, the apartment is situated very close to bus stops with direct routes to the City, Manly and Northern beaches and is close to restaurants, clubs, the Brookvale Hotel and Warringah Mall for all your shopping and entertaining needs.

With considerate and friendly neighbours we lived in a peaceful, enjoyable environment whilst at home and had peace of mind while travelling. The apartment was our first home and as husband and wife we enjoyed the two good sized bedrooms which allowed family and friends to stay, and also start our own family.

Having what we decided were his and her bathrooms meant no arguments over the use of the bathroom when getting ready for work or an evening out! We will miss this little piece of paradise but will continue to live in Brookvale A highly underrated residential suburb so close to all amenities that we havent had the need to own a car.
