It's come a long way from its humble beginnings as the Iyah School building to now proudly sitting front row enjoying the best views Groper has to offer. This creek hut is open plan to make the most of the breeze and views with the toilet, bathroom and laundry at the back of the hut. It can easily sleep 6-8 people and is fully airconditioned for those extra hot days. There is plenty of room for extensions too if you so wish, with approx 4-5 Mtrs further past the end of the hut to utilise.
Under the hut is plenty of room for the car, boat or just a great entertaining area for all the family and friends to get together. With room for the kids to run around and ample space to put up a hammock, owning your own piece of paradise is easy.
