WHAT THE OWNERS HAVE LOVED ABOUT THEIR HOME AND LOCATION:

When we first moved into our home we were blown away by the instant friendly greeting we received from at least 5 of our neighbours in the street. Since then we have enjoyed the occasional street Christmas party. There are a nice mix of people in the street ranging from young families to lovely elderly people whom have resided in the street for decades.

The location has been so central that it has been easy to drive down to the beach or Chatswood/City in the opposite direction. The bus stop for the local and city transport is approximately 200m away.

We have really enjoyed the aspect of our home - it is always light and airy and the rooms are all of generous proportions. We have rarely had to use the air conditioner in summer and it has been seldom that we have needed to turn on the heater in winter.

The enclosed front and rear yards has provided a safe haven for our children to play in. The backyard has always felt like our own piece of country atmosphere with no one looking into to us. The front undercover patio and the rear deck have provided us with the best of both worlds to choose where to enjoy our outdoor living depending on the time of day or night.

The built in wood fire pizza oven we had built has proved a hit when it came to alfresco dining and entertaining.

The detached studio with modern bathroom has proved to be a God send where we have been able to give our overseas visitors their own space and ours too :)

We are now at a stage in the property ladder where it is time to move on and we truly hope the next owners enjoy our home as much as we have!
