Q2. Is there an age restriction?
No. Our permanent residential living is open to all ages.
Q3. How much does it cost per week?
As at 25 September 2025, the site fee is $194 per week, plus utilities.

No. You own your home and lease the land from the resort - known as 'land lease living'.
Q5. How do utilities work?
Utilities are read and billed quarterly.
Half of our sites are on the embedded network (supplied by the resort) and others are retail (billed by external providers, as per a suburban dwelling).

No. Under the Local Environmental Plan (LEP) Zoning - Environmental Protection 7a Habitat and Catchment Zone - cats and dogs are not permitted to permanently reside.
Q7. Can I use the resort facilities?
Yes. Residents have full access year-round to all resort amenities - licensed cafe, pools, golf course, bowling green, tennis courts, etc.

Yes, residents visitors are welcome. All visitors must follow the community and park rules at all times.

Regularly. With around 200 homes and 350 residents, there's always some movement in the community.
