If you're not into horses, maybe you could think about getting an alpaca or something like that. They are no good on the bridle trail, but they look hilarious, and they keep the grass down.

WHERE IT IS:
What a great position this is. Not only have you got huge regional parks on your doorstep, brilliant trails around Wungong Dam, and so on, but you're also super close to all the necessities of modern life. It's a pretty quick drive into Armadale Town Centre, and you can still grab a coffee and be home in about 8 minutes. The Southern Hills Christian College is about 2.5 km away, and Armadale Primary School is an easy drive too. All the necessities of life, but it's a life filled with the freedom and fresh air of a country town. A truly special place.
