These two cottages and an accompanying spacious storage shed/workshop space are set on 5 peaceful acres within earshot of a waterfall, and the crashing waves of Johanna Beach just a kilometre away. Offering fabulous views of the Johanna Valley & Ocean views to Rotten Point.

Together they can accommodate up to eight people and leave lots of scope for anyone wanting to get away to this stretch of coastline to live, work, or make the most of the ever evolving tourism scene in the Otways.
