Tucked well into the property giving you heaps of privacy, around the week-ender has been selectively cleared and over the years many trees, palms and fruit trees have been planted and are well established giving it a lovely feel. Divided into two rooms, one end of the shed has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, whilst the bedroom, toilet and bathroom are in the other room. The lounge has a fan and cooking is gas. Total rainwater collection is approx. 5,000 gallons. A generator supplies power to the dwelling. Nearby is another old dwelling which is now mainly used for storage.

Two boundaries are fenced, there are 3 dams and most of the block is vegetated. Less than 15 mins will put you on Rules Beach, Wreck Rock Beach or a boat ramp on either tidal Baffle Creek or Deepwater Creek.

If you decided to build, the school bus is available as is rubbish bin collection. Mail can be delivered 5 days a week and rates would be approx. $950.00 per annum.
