-Both bores have water at about 70 ft. Neither bore licences are metered at present.
-As there are no internal fences, the various crops grown are determined by areas able to be serviced by the travelling irrigator and the side roll sprayline.
-Crops grown for hay are Lucerne, Rhodes grass, cowpeas and forage sorghum.

-Hayshed: Main shed is steel frame, 30m x 18m, enclosed on three sides with 5 x 6m bays. Two 27,000l water tanks are attached to the shed.
