The master bedroom has an adjoining second bedroom/study which opens onto the deck. The en-suite bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. It also features a capacious walk in shower space and a large Kaldewei bath, perfect for a relaxing soak.
There is a generous size third bedroom and another spacious bathroom also with underfloor heating.

Attached adjacent to the main home is a large studio with terrazzo concrete flooring featuring its own separate entrance and private access to the second bathroom via an internal covered courtyard - ideal for visiting guests.
The home boasts a double lock up garage with the addition of an oversized storage area. This storage area has multiple uses as a workshop, games room or a work from home space. Both have 4.3-metre ceilings.

GARDEN
The private bushland garden at the rear of the house has ancient native trees and meandering bush tracks. These lead to caves and rock platforms that create natural lookouts over Brisbane Water to Wagstaffe Point and Hardys Bay.

LOCATION
The home is conveniently located only a 10-minute stroll to the wonderful cafes, restaurants, deli & wine cellars of Hardys Bay.
Palm beach ferry service and the stunning Killcare and Putty beaches are only a 15-minute walk.
Pretty beach pre-school and primary school are both a 10-minute walk away and Woy Woy station (with free parking) is a 20 minute drive.
From here, a train will have you at Central Station within approximately 1.15 hours.
