The main house has 3 bedrooms, laundry, 1 fabulous bathroom and 1 toilet all in relatively good condition with a coat of paint. Tiles to the lounge room and wet areas and floating wood flooring throughout. Wood blinds to all the bedrooms. Evap air as well as reverse cycle for warmth. Shark mesh security screens all the way round the main house with remote operated front sliding gate.

The Nanna flat has bedroom with walk in robe, good size bathroom and a kitchenette/living area (Old fashioned word I know but easily describes) Now this does need work but only cosmetic . The structure is sound brick and tile.

Then we have the swamp (my description of a pool) which will really sift out the faint hearted!! But the rewards will be worth it.
The decking area looking onto the pool area is in sore need of repair and I dont recommend walking on it when you visit unless you bring the hammer and nails because that is all is needs oh and may some decking oil.
