"Juniper Lea" at Dairy Plains in Northern Tasmania has been in the Terry family for over 40 years. The farm comprises approximately 414 hectares or 1022 acres over 5 titles.

Soils range from sandy loams to heavy black clays and includes some strong red soils throughout undulating areas. The property is divided into approximately 25 usable paddocks with underound drainage throughout. A towable centre pivot services 3 outlets and covers approximately 53 hectares or 130 acres. The irrigation system is based on approximately 520ML of water, including a licenced storage dam, various direct take licences and 100ML of TI water.
