My present owners are all grown up now and too busy to come and see me. I'm looking forward to a fresh paint job inside and out - I'm no oil painting but there's not much of me and I'm easy to care for, just 1 hour from Hobart.

And I'm on a lot of land so if you do want to add a bedroom or make a larger deck or family room - it's all there just waiting and how good would that be!! You can store things in my lock up garage and I've got 2 other garden sheds plus a rain water tank. I'm on the Council water and sewerage schemes and I've got the nicest neighbours you could want to meet. Mine is just a short street with a dead end so we don't get much traffic which is really safe for kids - or just a quiet place to be if that is what you like to do on holidays.

Please come and find me! I just love Summer holidays but it's no fun on my own and I can settle just as quick as your lawyer can do the paperwork.
