Managed the intricacies of the sale and kept the sales process moving forward. Finding the purchaser was probably the easiest part of the whole process. Both of us (the vendor) and the purchaser had their individual needs and priorities which were further complicated by tax implications, funding issues etc.
Charlie managed the whole process, making sure that both sides were kept informed and keeping the process moving forward whenever it looked as if it might bog down. I’m sure that both sides were pleased with the outcome and very thankful for the professional manner in which he kept the whole process moving.
