9 Corey Close, Wellington Point QLD 4160

Large family home on the Bay has all the living space and amenities you could want for a growing family. With a spacious layout and positioned in a location just minutes from everything you need for Bayside living, this property provides the ideal foundations for a comfortable life in the welcoming community of Wellington Point.

As you enter the home, the first thing you´ll be struck by is the sheer size of the property and high elevated ceilings. Downstairs, two of the bedrooms, the kitchen, formal dining area and living spaces all naturally flow from one to another and contribute to a sense of openness and continuity. This feeling is reinforced once you step out onto the large entertaining area bathed in natural light, connecting directly to a beautiful large lawn and pool area. Situated on 850 sqm, there is endless space for kids and pets to play in the yard with spacious side access out to a large shed to house all your toys.

Moving upstairs, we find the remaining bedrooms, including the master, all connected by beautiful and well maintained cork flooring. The sense of airiness persists throughout these bedrooms with each space adorned with windows to ensure plenty of natural light enters. These bedrooms all have built in wardrobes to make the most of the available space, while the master has its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. You then make your way out to the stunning veranda, overlooking the pool area and spacious yard.

The location of this home offers a number of advantages - not least of all the fact that Ormiston College and the beautiful Apex Park is only ever a five-minute walk from your front door. For your more practical pressing needs, this home is a mere five-minute drive from the Horizon Shopping Centre and less than ten minutes into the downtown heart of Cleveland.
