9 Cust Street, Rainbow VIC 3424

This property certainly has plenty of WOW factor and heaps of street appeal but it needs renovating badly. With evidence of white ant activity, this early 1900's home is crying out for someone to love it and to bring it back to it's former glory years. The home features 3 bedrooms, huge lounge, kitchen and dining, central bathroom and a internal laundry. There is still magnificent pressed metal ceiling, stunning bay windows, period timber work and impressive fire places.
Outside there is a garage/workshop with power and a concrete floor and some established trees.
This home is being sold in as is condition and everything you see in the photos is included in the sale.
