I wanted to be kept informed in every step of the process, and that is exactly what they do. They were quite open, very knowledgeable regarding the suburb. Madeline and Justin work 7 days a week and will drive to you if required.

I was satisfied with their negotiation skills as well. All communication with the potential buyers would be relayed back as requested. After the sale, they continued to make the process as easy as possible.
