Long deep sections of the Dumaresq River form "Willowbends" southern boundary and the alluvial river flats to its north are renowned for cattle and sheep fattening and cropping. Totalling 584.47ha (1444.25ac*) of balanced open flat to undulating grazing country, "Willowbend" is only 11 km East of Texas making ideally situated to access major feedlots, regional saleyards and export abattoirs.

If water is wealth, then "Willowbend" is as affluent as you will find.
