Crops: The region grows a wide range of cereal, legume and oilseed crops including wheat, barley, oats, lupins, field peas and canola along with the ability to run a successful livestock enterprise

Soil Nutrition: The property has had approximately 2300 tonne of lime applied in recent years as per CSBP soil test recommendations along with Gypsum where needed.

Water: Water is supplied to the property via connection to the government scheme water system to most paddocks with mainly concrete tanks and troughs.
