'Avoca' - Bears Lagoon Road,, Moura QLD 4718

'Avoca'- one freehold title with a total area of 4,185* hectares (10,341* acres).

The property has an older four-bedroom homestead, three-bedroom donga setup for workers, a seven-bay steel frame machinery shed, power and workshop with concrete floor at one end, a three-bay steel frame machinery shed with an older lean-to of one end and older auxiliary buildings within the immediate station complex.
