Barcoo is situated 64kms from Albury/Wodonga via the Murray River Road, Thologong, then 6kms to the end of Stockyard Creek Track. You will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle and you follow the Wild Dog Fence along the Eastern side of the property which adjoins Mt. Lawson National Park.

Barcoo is suited for DEER HUNTING (3 species frequent the property being SAMBER, RED & FALLOW) or if you are not into hunting then SOLITUDE, SERENITY, BUSHWALKING or just enjoy the NATIVE AUSTRALIAN FLORA & FAUNA.

Creature comforts include: Original BARK HUT, with 2 bedrooms, living area with Stone fireplace, instant gas hot water, rainwater tank connected with pressure pump, gas cooking, internal toilet & shower. Being offered partly furnished. A 2kva Generator is included.
Barcoo is not suited for stock, does not have electricity or town water so don't contact us expecting these services. MOBILE PHONE SERVICE is patchy throughout the property, but can be received around location of the hut. There is also a large 12m x 6m colorbond shed and rainwater tank.

Graded tracks are throughout the property, 360-degree views of Lake Hume, beautiful native timbers, craggy rock formations & deep gullies and 4 dams all add to the overall appeal.
