Sorry no pets and no smoking or vaping allowed.
Battery Point is so close to the City/Salamanca wharf area/IMAS/CSIRO/UTAS /Govt. Offices and the Royal Hobart Hospital are all a lovely scenic 5-25 minute walk away. One outdoor car spot (secured with a security cablegate) is provided but only if you own a car. Flexible rental conditions apply please enquire. Great for professionals, or short term or long term Govt. contract workers / hospital staff /doctors etc.
