As it is on the edge of bushland, there are lots of birds and kangaroos. Very peaceful, except there is some noise transference from the main house so would not suit someone who is noise sensitive.
Cost is $450/wk for a single person, $550/wk for a couple. Includes electricity, water and possibly wifi.
Bond 4 weeks rent.
Available 22nd April for 6 month lease initially.
