South of Deloraine, off Bogan Road, is this 20 hectare (approx.) bush block. With a permanent creek running through, the property offers a riparian rainforest of large Myrtles, Sassafras and manferns, etc. Having been selectively logged for saw logs many years ago, there is now vigorous regrowth forest with scattered large old growth White Gums throughout. There is no direct access to the property, however an Access Licence over a partially formed road reserve which has been used for log cartage is available for transfer to any potential purchaser (subject to confirmation).
