The lawns are mowed by the grounds staff. The cabin park is within walking distance to train stations, bus stops, a good shopping centre, several local primary schools, parks, wetlands, the Patterson River, and a fantastic white sand beach on Port Phillip Bay.

The cabin park has a communal fenced swimming pool, a communal barbecue area, an on-site licenced cafe/shop, a recreation room, and a kids play area with swings and slides which you can also make use of. Its grounds are beautifully maintained by friendly management and staff. Our restricted keypad boom gate entry/exit, and a stable core community living here, give us a feeling of security.

You won't find a 2 bedroom home anywhere near comparable in this neighbourhood - you'll have to see it to believe it.
