This environmentally sustainable eco retreat is tucked away at the base of the southern slopes of the Strathbogie Ranges. The property boasts an extensive network of tracks to explore, abundant wildlife and wonderful views out to Mt Torbreck over Lake Eildon.
The understated architect designed home is fully solar powered and offers very comfortable 3 bedroom accommodation with light filled living and a great wood fire. There's no shortage of firewood to collect and so much fun to be had on your motorbikes, 4WD, horses or even on foot. There's enough cleared land to create some paddocks and a great shed with concrete floor set away from the house.
Lake Eildon and Mt Buller are within easy reach if you want to pursue some more outdoor activities. If you do need to go back to work at some stage it's only a couple of hours from Melbourne but why not stay another day...or week?
