The property runs from Boorabee Creek to the top of McKellar Rangers and spills over into Larnook.

There is legal access following Boorabee Creek, but is in need of repair, so walking or riding is the only way in unless you have access to Red Mountain Road.

The 411 acres is untouched forest, with an abundance of flora and fauna. The property was previously owned by the World Wildlife Sanctuaries and was purchased to protect our endangered Koala's and other indigenous wildlife, which this unique property has to offer.

You are permitted to run livestock on the property and there is a spring fed dam that was used for watering cattle.
