Improvements: A set of steel cattle yards with vet crush and loading ramp have a laneway leading from 4 paddocks. The paddock sizes are 2x 100ac, 1x 45ac, 1x 8ac and 1x 60ac. These would be best used in rotation with a complete cycle taking 28 days. A 12mx 8m steel shed with a 1 bedroom demountable with kitchen and external bathroom and laundry are near the yards.
