Parking is on street only and access to the property is through the main gate and down the side of the main house.

As this property is in our back garden it’s important, we get the right person it will only suit a single person who lives quietly. Not suitable for families or couples, must be a non-smoker and employed.
Must be considerate of a young family living in same garden that can sometimes be noisy. We do not allow pets as we have a dog that is in the shared back yard. The rent is $330 per week and bond is 4 weeks rent up front.
