PLEASE dont ask for the address.. you wont be able to do a DRIVE BY.. its a trek to get to the gate and there is limited phone signal along the way and NO STREET SIGNS to help and your car GPS probably will send you to a very different locality if you try to guess . It can only be accessed from ONE road.... Not Woodgate road or The Mt Glorious road .... the access is remote.
Getting buildings on a flat bed truck or caravans in would be a challenge to say the least with rutted roadways and overhanging trees... and as I have mentioned already :- it is a 4WD Track... LOW LOW Gear , basically whatever you can bring in on the back of a 4WD ute is what need to be thinking of , that is until you purchase the block and do up the easement !!!!!!!!!
