Blue gum and box along the river flats, blue gum hollows, rising to rolling ironbark ridges with some spotted gum on the ridge tops. Approximately 3 kilometres of river frontage.

Vegetation Management Reports show 649* hectares (1,604* acres) is Category X which represents approximately 96% of the total area.

The property has been cleared and a large percentage suited for ploughing and pasture development of signal grass, humidicola and legumes including wynn cassia. Areas of narrow leaf ironbark have been left for fencing timber.
The property is located downstream from Lake Monduran, a solar pump on the Kolan River pumps through the centre of the property providing water to all paddocks.

Current cattle number comprise 185 breeders and 90 heifers following an exceptionally dry 2023, the owners run 250 breeders most years, pasture development will increase stocking density.
