If there was ever a property on my favourites list then this is certainly up there!

There are two living rooms, both capturing the great outlook. The kitchen is modern with good appliances including a dishwasher, and is open plan with the dining.
Both bedrooms are spacious, one with a 4 door built-in robe, the other with a generous robe plus the ensuite.
The main bathroom has been updated and is spacious too, with a nice big deep bath and toilet (two toilets is always so handy!)
Downstairs there is the laundry room, along with access under the house with loads of space for storage and a workshop.
The back yard is sufficient and secure.
The home is North facing and the light and warmth is just divine! Plus, it's a five minute walk to the CBD, the home is so private (like you wouldn't know it was there unless you knew!) and you can quite literally watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the lounge window!
