Ramada Resort is a highly popular resort located 4 km from the centre of Port Douglas. With a heated pool, spa, rental bikes, gym, restaurant and swim up pool bar this resort caters for families and couples. As part of the Wyndham Group the Ramada has had numerous upgrades and this spacious 38m2 apartment boasts a large bathroom with spa bath.

Though these are zoned 'holiday' the management does allow for long term guests. Long term rentals can attain @ $400 per week and as for holiday accommodation they can yield around 5% net return.

You can choose to have this managed by the highly efficient on site Ramada management team or self manage or use another third party management agent.

Prior to CV-19, these units produced the best returns per capita of any units in Port Douglas. These days will return.
