It comprises of 26,100 hectares in a single Rolling Term lease. The expansive homestead complex is located by road approx. 200km north of Charters Towers, 110km west of Ingham, 75km from Greenvale and 65km from the sealed Gregory Development Road at the Clarke River Bridge and is dissected by the formed gravel Mt Fox-Valley of Lagoons Road.

The property is well suited to breeding and fattening and has stood alone intergenerational, but it would also integrate well into a larger breeding operation or as the supply hub for a backgrounding/fattening operation. The expansive infrastructure ensures comfortable living for the resident occupier or their management team.

Described as undulating into hills with large areas of river flats and hollows as well as an extensive area of open and semi-open country. Alluvial and large areas of strong dark soils are predominant and carry a strong mix of native pastures and stylo including Blue, Kangaroo, and Black Spear.
