FENCING
Portion of the boundary adjoining Guthries is new. Two barbs, cyclone, pine posts.
Portion of the back boundary is four barbs, spacer and pine posts.
Other fences are varied with some four barbs, spacer, pine posts, some two barbs, steel droppers, pine posts. There are other variations.

WATER
Water is supplied from mains.
The water flows to a central, elevated tank. Water then flows to troughs and a tank in paddock 30S.

PASTURES
221 ha dryland Lucerne suitable for seed production consisting of 45 ha Aurora, 38 ha and 50 ha SiRiver, 38 ha and 43 ha Sequal. The 221 ha of dryland Lucerne are uncertified and seed is sold.
This is an excellent stand of Lucerne.
Other paddocks consist of Lucerne, Lucerne and Veldt and Veldt and Primrose.
Pastures are generally in good condition.
The Lucerne set aside for seed had 300ml of Roundup to ha applied for Winter cleaning with excellent results.

FERTILISER
The productive Lucerne pastures have been fertilised with Scrub Mix at 100 kg/ ha originally and 80 kg/ha single super since.
