Lots of wildlife live on the property, including wombats, wallabies, kangaroos, possums, black cockatoos, quolls, devils, nesting kookaburras and sea eagles have been spotted.

The property is located alongside the Freycinet National Park next to surf beaches and short drive to Coles Bay and Bicheno townships for services and shopping.
