LOCATION
Situated approximately 81.5 Km's south east of Emerald. Drive via Gindie onto the Glenorina Road then onto the Wyntoon Road, left into the Kilmore Road and right onto the road signed MS1382 at the Adelong Grid and follow for 4.6 Klms to gate
SERVICES
Emerald is considered the main service town for the Central Highlands with all services expected for a major regional rural centre.
COUNTRY TYPE
The property consists of approximately 40% undulating cleared Brigalow, Yellowwood, Bauhinia, Bottle Tree and Leichhardt Bean. There is also scattered Black Wattle in this country. Soils are red to brown loams carrying a good coverage of Buffel Grass. The balance of the country is mainly cleared flooded Comet River flats which was previously timbered with Brigalow and Coolabah. Of this country, about 190 ha has been cultivated and is currently sown to a ratooning crop of forage Sorghum.
WATER AND FENCING
The property is securely fenced into 2 paddocks. Both the southern and northern boundaries are fenced with good new and near new 3 barb with steel posts. The eastern boundary along the Comet River is good 3 barbs with 2 steel and 1 wooden post. Note here the Comet River is fenced out. The internal fence is 3 barb with steel and timber posts.

No buildings or cattle yards on the property
