There is something so wonderful to close the door and enjoy your own private space. Suitable for corporate, holiday stays and a preferred alternative to serviced apartments and high-rise. All on ground level, the semi-detached apartment has its own entrance and is next to the owner's home.

Small pets considered. The yard is fully fenced with a run from the front to the back. Como is famous for Little White Dogs and there are many parks and recreation spots for all to enjoy.

While the apartment would suit a pet, it is unsuitable for children 0-10 years (sorry).
