Must own a reliable car and have no issues driving on a dirt road. There is no public transport. The road into the rental is a shared private, 1km, dirt road with no street lights. The closest shopping area is Blackwood about 10 minutes away. Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre are a 15-minute drive.

Rent $500/fortnight plus electricity $15.
Gas heats the hot water and the cooktop. Bottled gas costs will be paid by the renter.
