On the Gregory Highway 52km south of Emerald and 22km north of Springsure. 5km from Gregory Highway to the homestead.

Country:
The area is predominantly mixed brigalow scrub country, with lesser area if box and sandalwood, some small patches of ironbark and wattle ridges, as well as two small hills, Crystal Hill and Red Hill. Although the bulk of the original stands of timber have been treated over the past 45 years, areas of regrowth are apparent over most of the holding at the current time. Buffel grass pasture occupies the bulk of the area; some of the native grass species are evident in small pockets mainly on any areas of ridge country. - Red Hill Bore - 30 metres deep, water at 22 metres, equipped with Honda petrol engine and jet pump, capacity of 3000 gallons per hour, pumping to a 5000 gallon concrete tank and trough.

Fencing:
There are 14 main grazing paddocks, plus several holding paddocks and water squares. The boundary fencing is mainly 3 & 4 barb wires in fair to good condition, while internal fences are also 3 & 4 barb, but some sections in need of repair or eventual replacement.
