Buffel grass pasture occupies the bulk of the area; some of the native grass species are evident in small pockets mainly on any areas of ridge country. Rural power is supplemented by 10 solar panels on the shed roof, feeding back into the power grid.

Adequate water is a feature of the property with 10 earth dams from 2000 to 6000 cubic meter capacity, 7 of which are fenced. In addition there are 3 equipped water bores:
- House bore - 30 metres deep, water at 22 metres equipped with mains power and electric submersible pump, excellent supply of 5000 gallons per hour pumping to an elevated 3000 gallon poly tank then gravitating to a 5000 gallon poly tank which supplies troughs in 3 paddocks and the stock yards as well as a back up supply for the house. House supply is 3 rain water tanks and the house dam.
- Plain bore - 30 metres deep, water at 22 metres, excellent supply of 4000 gallons per hour, equipped with Kubota diesel engine and RK70 mono pump, pumping to 2 tanks, 1 x 10000 gallon concrete and 1 x 5000 gallon poly, supplying troughs watering 3 paddocks.
- Red Hill Bore - 30 metres deep, water at 22 metres, equipped with Honda petrol engine and jet pump, capacity of 3000 gallons per hour, pumping to a 5000 gallon concrete tank and trough.
Fencing:

Remarks:
"Crystal Plains" is premium buffel grazing country, superbly located and potentially able to run significantly more cattle with further timber control. A number of top quality Santa/Droughtmaster cross breeders would be available to the purchaser at an agreed valuation
