Chemical details are also available but typically there has been no post grass spraying in the cereals and any pastures are normally spray topped with Glyphosate in July and again with Sprayseed at the end of the season. There are 802 hectares indicated as arable by our sellers and this has been measured by GPS from the local spreading contractor.
The farm has scheme water connected which obviously services the farm sheds but there is also a back-up from two dams and two soaks. There are 17 main paddocks plus a laneway system and the fences on 'Killarney' are in good stockproof condition mostly being steel posts and 'ringlock' and the standard of these fences is good and there is no immediate maintenance required.
