Ramada is a highly popular resort with families and couples. It is the only resort in Port Douglas that has a rainforest feel. The heated pool makes it an ideal temperature for winter and with the shade of the trees, makes it beautifully cool in the summer.

The 3Sixteen Bar and Bistro offers a delicious all day menu at very affordable prices and there are a host of other facilities including a gym, day spa, bike hire, air hockey, giant games (jenga, chess and connect four) and 24 hour reception.

Located only a few minutes walk from the beach - you have everything at your fingertips.

The bars, restaurants and boutiques of Port Douglas are only 4 minutes drive away and shuttle buses service the resort from early morning to late at night.

This unit has been used as a private holiday getaway, so not been used as a holiday rental/investment property. This room is not suitable to be part of the Ramada rental pool, but could be rented out separately as holiday accommodation and managed by an external agency. Net returns on this type of arrangement can return around 10% on your investment.

This is a holiday zoned property (where owners can stay up to 3 months in one stay), but Ramada management allow people to stay longer term if they wish.
