Kuruwhenhji and Broughton can be purchased seperately or together:-

Both these blocks have bitumen road access and are about 1.5hrs from Kingaroy and Dalby. Primary school is at Durong, about 15km. Power and STD phones are available.

"Kuruwhengi"- 383ha (946ac) and "Broughton"-378.252ha (934ac) available seperately or as a whole- (760ha -1880ac)

Similar soil types of brigalow/blue gum/iron bark country, slightly undulating ,well drained.
Both blocks have had about 800ac each which was farmed but is now returned to grass. Both have some contoured areas.

Both have secure water supply.
"Kuruwhengi" has an equipped bore with electric submersible feeding a 9000l tank with saucer trough, plus 2 good dams, 1x4500yds and 1x 3000yds, both full at present.
"Broughton" has 2 dams-1x2000yds (near stock yards) and 1x 4500yds both full at present. A creek traverses both blocks and provideds seasonal waterholes.


Fencing is good on both places- mostly wood past and 4 barbs, with "Kuruwhengi" having 2 paddocks and "Broughton" 3 paddocks.

Cattle yards are on "Broughton" only- steel panel yards with race, crush and loading ramp, good shade and about 200hd capacity. A dam is in one of the holding/cooler yards.

"Broughton" has two small machinery/hay shed near the old homesite.

There are no timber issues on either block with adequqte shade remaining and pleasant timber areas along the creek traversing both blocks.

Both blocks have home sites, with an attractive elevated area on Broughton, with power and phone available overlooking the properties.
